FNSI

Well hello!!!!!

I have been a bit under the weather lately with a shocking flu and feel just so lethargic so I apologise for being AWOL…..I’m still feeling a bit dizzy after I do something so I’m figuring this is going to be a long, slow process……as long as I’m better for Let’s Get Stitched in Melbourne in March…I’m happy to plod along!!!!!!

As for FNSI, I’m going to hold off on it for a week….seeing as Chez held FNWF last Friday due to the new year and all, and this month IS a 5 week month, I think leaving a week spare in between Friday night stitching is OK???!!!!  I know I will be stitching anyway, there’s no doubt about that, but not the formal, get together, make some nibblies, report back type virtual get together…..So FNSI will be NEXT Friday, 24th January…..sound ok??  Hopefully by then, I’ll be sewing up a storm!!!!!

In the meantime, here’s what I’ve been stitching….. my placemat for LGS in Melbourne……I’ve used some of the dyed fabric I did last year (hard to see, I know!!!!).   We’re going to get everyone to sign the back as a momento… because we know that 4 days is going to be an absolute blur!!!!!

….and my very special stitchery that was gifted to me from Dawn….it’s like I’m stitching with her every time I pick it up…..

OOOh….and I forgot to show you the finished BOM quilt for Sew It’s Finished 2013………Here it is…..

“A Year Full Of Blooms”

and if you missed any of the patterns, I’ll be putting the BOM monthly patterns in my Craftsy shop where you can purchase them soon.

Now I’m off to take a couple of paracetamol and head off to bed for a little afternoon nonna nap!

Sugary hugs xox :o)

take your time and get better x its when we ignore what our bodies are saying and try to do too much too soon that it takes longer x

Hope you feel much better very soon. Your quilt is looking great, I really like the prairie point border - one day I'll do that on one of my quilts!

Sorry to hear you're not well. Sending a big hug and cyber chicken soup! It's the thought that counts....right? Love how the quilt came together. Looks beautiful!

Hey Wendy. My commiserations on your flu. I have a head cold, which is nowhere near as bad as the flu, but hate feeling sick & lethargic. Hope you feel better soon.

Looking forward to FNSI on the 24th. Cheers, Tracy.

Be sure you tell us when you put those patterns up. That's a lovely finish! You've been working right along. I REALLY wish I could come to Melbourne in March! Maybe some year. =)

Lovely quilt. Too bad about the flu. Totally understandable to skip a week. Hope you feel better soon.

Thanks for the ideas your share here
So far, I am looking for a source of reference on various websites
Now I have found what I was looking for all this time
I keep the spirit to strive to be the best, one of which is a reference from your idea that really helped me.
