Another catch-up finished!

 

I am on a roll!!!!….Block 6 of the Flirting with Flowers BOM done!

I was so keen to try different colours of the Cottage Garden threads that I used both the green ‘202’ and the pink/purple ‘105’.  You may be able to see the slight variance in the green in the satin stitch….

…subtle but quite nice and the pink/purple is a little more obvious.  You can see it in the flower stamens and…..

…in the little snail….isn’t she cute!?

Now, only blocks 7 & 9 to go to have caught up but, holidays end today and I have to take a very sad son (don’t even start me on the very sad Mum   ie me!!!!!)  to the airport this afternoon and much work to catch up on!!!
