Dyeing with anticipation….

I went for another visit to the Stitches and Craft Fair today and learnt it is to be our last up here in the north (boohoo!!!)  A friend and I had booked in to do the fabric dyeing workshop with Cecile at Unique Stitching ……. I just couldn’t resist after creating such lovely fabric colours last time……so this is what I’ve made this time….. 005 (Medium) Can’t wait to wash them out tomorrow to see what gorgeous colours come out of these concoctions!!!!  So much fun but the anticipation is killing me!!!!! That is sad news that the fair won't be around for you next year.

Sorry to hear your Craft Show won't be back.. I understand how hard it is to have to travel a long way to enjoy the craft shows..
Dying is such fun..We are lucky enough to have a lady in our group who often runs dying workshops for us.

What a shame about the craft show not returning Wendy - but you didn't let it dampen your Spirit of Purchasing - & of course all those items are totally necessary! x

It's a real shame the craft show isn't coming back. In Scotland our show is the most northerly one too. It's also getting smaller... fingers crossed it'll be back for a more years to come. Love your fabric dying. Looks like real fun to do.

what a shame to lose a venue of such inspiration. Oh but you managed to find something fun to do with it. Can't wait to see your results.

They will be gorgeous I am sure!I love dyeing fabric, it is always so exciting as you never know exactly what you are going to get. Are you using provision dyes? I love the range of colours I get from them.
