Lazing on a Sunday afternoon…..

002 (Medium) It’s been one of those days……a bit of a throat infection has left me feeling a bit blah so I’ve just been plodding along in the sewing room….stitching up some blocks for Dawn and my design, “Seasons Of…” which we are designing for our finishers of the Sew It’s Finished blog.  If you pop on over, you’ll see some of the examples already made up as well as all the ufos that are getting finished! 003 (Medium) This month was Dawn’s month to design, so I spent the afternoon in front of the telly stitching it up. 007 (Medium) It’s a gorgeous little design, don’t you think?….she’s such a talented gal!  Next month it’s back to my turn to design and I have a little St Paddy’s magic in mind!  Have to wait and see!!! irish-border4th Last week I finished off my Name Game Swap and posted it off to it’s recipient. 001 (Medium) It is a bright and cheerful one…..wanna see some sneakies??? 002 (Medium) 003 (Medium)   It was great fun to design a mini quilt for someone you don’t know based on clues from picture galleries and blogs…..Thanks Anorina for a great swap….I’ve loved it.  I’m looking forward to seeing my mini quilt soon!!! Hope you’ve had a lovely, lazy Sunday with plenty of time for stitchy fun! sugary hugs xo  :o) my signature

Just came across your blog from "My Quilt Creations" and wanted to let you know it's lovely!

I'm a teacher too! I've also just begun to quilt. I'm working with my husbands cousin on a red & white quilt!

When you have a moment please stop by and say hello, new friends are always welcome!

Hope you are feeling better soon. Lovely seasons stitcheries and fabrics you are using. Yet to start mine as I want to get on top of my UFOs a little. Thanks for the freebies much appreciated. Still ploughing through my UFOs and haven't had the boredoms with it yet so looks like a promising year finally of abolishing them once and for all.

There have been some gorgeous ones around blogland this last month! ... Unfortunate you've been feeling unwell - are you any better now? (lol, late comment). Have a great end to the week!!
