Surprises, surprises….and BLS ideas

I told you I’d have a surprise for you today…….and I’m very excited as I have been invited to take part in this ….
Grab button for Pieced Brain announcement
the Wool Lovers Blog Hop, hosted by Denise over at Pieced Brain.   Now , I’ve not done much in the way of working with wool…..as you know, I’m a quilter and stitcher, not a knitter and crocheter…..I made that perfectly clear to Denise when she asked…..told her about my two left thumbs and all….my Mum was the knitter, I had absolutely no desire to knit…… I”M THE STITCHER…was what I kept telling her….but she insisted it would be ok…
So I figured…..I‘ve had a little play around with wool felt….so that’s what I’ve done….I’ve designed something to share with you NEXT THURSDAY,  a little bit of felty, a little bit of stitchy…..to create something that I hope you’ll love and be able to use in your gifty stash perhaps!!!!!  *hint hint*

I’m going to be joined by many other wonderful designers so I’m feeling rather overwhelmed to be included in their company  !!!
Join me on Monday when the Wool Love begins…I’ve added the links below so you can follow along and perhaps win some prizes??? I know there’s going to be some prizes along the way, but at the very least, you’ll pick up some ideas and designs……I’m really looking forward to it……..

Wishing you the happiest of blog-birthdays. You are such a sweet, special, generous soul. I can't say enough nice things about you. Can't wait to see what you've come up with for your new design in wool. I'm looking forward to learning that new skill along side of you.
Love and hugs my sweet friend.

Sounds like a great hop. I don't knit, though I can crochet. When someone says wool to me, it means wool fabric applique. LOL

Awww Wendy I am a little late in saying happy blog birthday. Thank you too for the gorgeous free pattern - must think about what I will make using it. Well done too on being asked to be part of the blog hop. Will be looking out for your dyeing samples - I love the look of the pile of FQs after a dyeing day. Then I have to stoke and love them for ages before I use any of them. We really are tragics arent we.
Hugs xxx
