A little quiet
Things have been a little quiet on the crafting front here the last week or so….just working away on my SSCS project….which must remain a secret….not even little sneakies!!!! So I thought I’d take you for a walk through my garden……being spring, lots more is happening on the outside, rather than inside!!!! Can you guess what these are????? the seeds of this huge palm tree!!!!! Amazing aren’t they?? The mangoes are ripening….mmmmm……smoothies!!! The gardenias smell incredible……..pity we didn’t have scratch n sniff screens!!!! the cycad’s new growth is emerging… the ixoras keep blooming…. …as do the roses….aren’t they just gorgeous??? Guess what this is??? unfolding….. …nearly there….. My beautiful red torch ginger….isn’t she a beauty??? But I can’t leave you with no crafty pictures at all….. This is amazing!!!…If you click on the picture and take a close up….one of our ladies at the guild made this magnificent Jacobean stitchery! I was in awe…the stitches are so teeny and perfect!!! I just couldn’t stop looking at it…and it’s going to look even more wonderful when it’s framed…I can only aspire to such perfect stitchery! Aaah well, must just go off and practice then!!!!! LOL Have a wonderful week…..I hope you enjoyed our trip round my garden! Sugary hugs XX Wendy :O)
